- Hold a valid driver's licence
- Have a South African bank account
- Provide valid identification (e.g. South African ID or passport)

- Be a registered South African entity
- Have valid, up-to-date financial statements
- Be tax compliant
- Have a valid South African bank account

No. Customers do not pay a deposit or any upfront fees.
- You can collect and return your KINTO vehicle at your preferred Toyota or Lexus dealership
- Signing up, getting more information, and arranging servicing or maintenance can also be done at your nearest dealership
- Your monthly payment may change if you selected a variable interest rate — it will adjust with the rate
- If you are under- or over-utilising the vehicle, the KINTO One Operations Team will contact you to review and adjust your subscription accordingly
Yes — all scheduled service and maintenance is included if done at approved Toyota dealers.
Note: Customer pays for any damage caused by abuse, misuse, or negligence.
a. KINTO Protect provides limited liability cover in the event of theft or an accident. It:
- Offers peace of mind
- Ensures access to Toyota's nationwide dealer network for support and repairs
b. KINTO Protect is:
- Mandatory for private customers and optional for business clients
a. In the event of theft or a major accident:
- Report the incident to the SAPS within 24 hours
- Contact your insurance provider

Note: Only Toyota-approved panel beaters may repair KINTO vehicles.
No, a courtesy car is not included with KINTO Protect.
- Yes — customers can extend (within mileage & term limits)
- Early return is allowed, but early termination fees will apply
- The originating dealer has the first right of refusal to purchase the vehicle
- The customer may arrange to purchase the vehicle directly with the originating dealer
The customer is responsible for keeping the vehicle licence renewed and valid throughout the contract period and before contract expiry.
