I trust this email finds you well.


Firstly I would like to thank Ziyaad for going an extra mile when I purchased my vehicle (Toyota Etios Cross) & his assistance in everything I requested from him.


He made it a point that he kept me up to date with the deal, even when I had finance issues he pushed all the buttons in assuring that I got the finance.


This was my 2nd car bought through a dealer and I must say I’ve never experienced such excellent customer service. It is known that people at sales are mostly concerned about making a sale, however in this case it was beyond that.


Ziyaad proved to me what customer service was all about, yes I’ve made it a point that I also share my experience with friends, colleagues and family.


It’s not everyday one gets 1st class service nowadays. The service he offered on behalf of your company made it a pleasure for me to deal with him.


Therefore I would just like to let you know that his effort did not go unnoticed and I really appreciate it.


It’s very rear that you still get the service in today’s business  when everything change and move to fast.
